The Public Management Certificate (PMP) is evidence of a student’s preparation for and commitment to addressing public issues and can serve as an important signal to future employers. This academic option is available exclusively to MBA and Sloan Program students.
There is no formal application process to begin work toward the PMP Certificate.
Certificate-eligible courses range from economics, marketing, operations, and organizational behavior to political economy and strategy. Examples include:
In addition to pre-approved PMP courses, you may take advantage of independant study options and courses across the university and petition for them to count toward a PMP Certificate. Past examples include:
