Change lives. Change organizations. Change the world.
Following a successful business career as an entrepreneur, building and then selling First American Records Management (FARM) Company, Ken Saxon put his skills to work in the nonprofit sector as a board leader, facilitator, and coach. It was there that he was inspired to meet and work with many nonprofit leaders — heroic people doing critical work.
Nonprofit executives dedicate their lives to many of society’s most intractable problems, yet are often overstretched and under-resourced. At the CSI/PMP 40th Anniversary Celebration in October 2011, Ken Saxon spoke about founding Courage to Lead to build support and community around nonprofit executive leaders.
